Shipping from A Walk Down Memory Lane
We ship everything we can using the US Postal Service. On May 25, 2013 we have changed our shipping rates to a more sliding scale. We ship Priority Mail and you can add $1.35 if you would like your package insured. We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages once they leave our care. We try to ship packages within 72 hours of receiving your order. We will let you know if there is going to be any items backordered before we ship out your items, so that you can choose whether you want to cancel your backorder items, or wait for them to arrive before we ship out your entire order.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
All orders shipped to a United States address ships as follows:
All orders under $15 - ships for $4.00
All orders from $15.01 - $35 ships for $5.00
All orders from $35.01 - $74.99 ships for 15% of the total order amount
All orders over $75 ship free
We ship out large packages (anything that will not fit in a USPS Priority Mail box) via UPS which includes insurance up to the first $100.
We ship diecut machines and accessories from a Florida distributor. We use FedEx for diecut machines and accessories, and will need a physical address before shipping them out. FedEx and UPS will NOT deliver to US Post Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to ship out to our international customers. Our shopping cart is limited in that it only offers flat rate shipping of $24.24 for any order under $75, shipped within Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to Canadian addresses for orders of $75 or more. Instead, we will give you $7.25 credit on your actual shipping on any order over $75.
International orders placed online for more than $75 will NOT automatically charge correct shipping cost and will not be shipped until payment is received for actual shipping charges (less the $7.25 credit). Actual shipping costs will be billed separately, after we have carefully packed and weighed the order, and emailed an invoice to you. These costs reflect the actual cost we are charged through the United States Postal Service, with the invoice reflecting any shipping discounts that may apply. To chart below is a close reflection of these shipping charges. We hope that this will help guide you in your decisions as you place your order. Shipping charges may vary from this chart.
If United States International Priority Mail is not an available shipping option, then we cannot ship to your country. Shipments outside the USA may be subject to import charges and taxes. These charges will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
If you purchase items from A Walk Down Memory Lane for international shipping and cancel your order after you have received an email invoice for actual shipping charges, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

If the carrier cannot deliver your product due to you (Buyer) providing an undeliverable name and or address, you will be responsible for all additional re-shipment fees.
If you have any questions about shipping internationally, please feel free to contact us before you place your order. In order to receive a quote on your shipping amount, we need to know your actual mailing address. Please include this address in your email as well as a list of the items you would like shipped so we know about how much it will weigh.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Original shipping container must be kept in order to claim "damaged shipment" through the postal carrier and be reported at the time the package is delivered.
Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise (& the original shipping container) I will replace the damaged merchandise with the same merchandise only.
Call or e-mail me for a return authorization number before returning any merchandise.
No refunds or returns on any magazines, idea books, opened software, or opened paper/theme kits; unless proven to be damaged by shipper.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY DIECUT MACHINES
